Salads in Ukrainian kiitchen


   The traditional Ukrainian cuisine salad can be called "Russian salad".
 
Salad "Vinaigrette" (recipe)

Ingredients:
2 medium beets boiled;
3 medium boiled potatoes;
3 boiled carrots;
150 g sauerkraut;
3-4 pickled or salted cucumbers;
1 salad onion;
salt to taste;
vegetable oil for refueling.
Vegetables cut into small cubes. If sauerkraut is too salty - wash it, give drain and cut into too.
Mix all ingredients dosolyuyemo to taste, fill vegetable oil, mixed, cooled and served.
